Midlife can bring changes in hormones, energy, body composition and metabolism - but there is a lot of confusion and misinformation about what women actually need.
My approach is about cutting through the noise and focusing on practical, sustainable strategies that support your health today and as you age.
My work focuses on the areas that matter most for long-term health and wellbeing, including:
Every consultation is personalised to you - your symptoms, lifestyle, preferences, health goals and everyday reality. Rather than prescribing restrictive diets or unrealistic routines, I help you make meaningful changes that you can actually maintain.
I’m passionate about helping women understand how nutrition and lifestyle influence health during midlife, and how the choices we make now can support healthy ageing and help reduce the risk of chronic health conditions in the future.
My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that helps you feel more confident around food, understand your changing body and take control of the habits that support your health.
No extreme diets. No fear-based nutrition. No menopause misinformation. Just evidence-based guidance designed for real women and real life.

I have worked within multiple health industries within the last 20-years including private practice, hospital-based Dietetics, biotechnology (gut microbiome), corporate health, the food and pharmaceutical industry.
I have presented to a range of Australian and International Health Professionals on the science surrounding the gut microbiome and the impacts of Nutrition on Cardiovascular Disease.
I have also written several publications for Allied Health Magazine, Microba, Queensland Cardiovascular Group, Echo Chamber Escape, Happy Ali Global News and have shared my nutrition expertise on radio.
